Smokie Watts of the Rotary Club of Lynchburg (right) presents Dr. Merle Hendon, Director for Professional Development/School Business Partnerships at Lynchburg City Schools, with a ruler featuring photos and dates of all U.S. Presidents. The Club has committed to provide every 5th grade student in Lynchburg City Schools with the ruler as part of a three year project.
