Rules/ Homework Guidelines
Requirements for Success!
- Have a good attendance record.
- Be in your seat and prepared to work when the bell rings.
- Bring the appropriate materials to class. This includes your 3-ring binder with clean looseleaf paper, your math spiral notebook (algebra only), a pen, pencils, agenda, and calculator. Graph paper will be needed at various times during the year.
- Take notes whenever they are given and review them frequently.
- Actively participate in class. Take advantage of any extra credit assignments. Getting interims and other forms signed immediately will also earn extra credit points.
- Attempt each homework problem assigned. Ask questions and correct missed homework problems the following day.
- Be prepared for Homework Pop Quizzes.
- Prepare for, take , and correct your regular quizzes and tests.
- Take advantage of math tutoring, provided every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:00 til 4:00 PM. Use this time to get extra help on homework, review for an upcoming test, or make up a missed quiz or test.
