Class Overview
This is a class that meets the individualized needs of each of the students in a variety of settings. Grade level Standards of Learning objectives are reinforced in all academic areas. A variety of strategies are used to reach all learners, as well as, a variety of hands on activities. A broad range of assessments helps to provide early and quick intervention when students do not progress. My overall goal is to help students progress in the four essential academic subject areas of English (reading, language, and writing), math, science, and social studies, as well as, maintain good social skills. I am a teacher with high expectations for all of my students.
