Businesses from around the Lynchburg area came to Heritage and E. C. Glass high schools this April to talk to students about what types of careers are available to them.
Business professionals used hands on activities and lessons to demonstrate the value of education when it comes to being hired for certain jobs.
Students were heavily engaged often in one-on-one conversations with prospective employers, learning straight from the source what it takes to work in certain career fields.
