E. C. Glass High School’s Architectural Drawing class teamed up with the Culinary Arts class to build a gingerbread model of the school. The model is to scale (1/8" = a foot.)
The tasty project began with large sheets of ginger bread made by the culinary arts students. Then the architectural drawing students cut the pieces of gingerbread with their laser engraver, essentially putting a gingerbread kit together. The culinary art students put the finishing touches on the model.
